Feedback/ thoughts on this photo sharing site?
« on: March 08, 2015, 07:10:09 PM »
Hi guys,
My friend and I are currently working on a photo sharing site called FastImageShare, it allows users to share photos quickly and easily. It'd be awesome if I can collect some valuable feedback from you guys to improve the site.

Some core features of FIS:
1. Share photos/albums in 3 steps: dragNdrop to upload, copy URL, and share!
2. Download photos quickly in a compressed zip file in 2 steps.
3. Albums and photos can be protected with a password.

Some ideas to use the site:
1. Online proofing for clients
2. Sharing photos without creating an account
3. To let your family and friends download your albums quickly.

This is a sample album I've created: http://fastimageshare.com/album_view.php?id=54f88f7b9377b60525
Site URL: fastimageshare.com

Here are some questions that might help you create feedback:
-Would you use the site? If so, for what?
-What's your favorite feature?
-What's something you don't like about it?
-What feature(s) would you add to improve the site?
-Would you recommend the site to your friends/ family?

Any feedback, suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thank you so much!

Hi there,

Sorry, but not really the sort of site I would use.  All my photos are for clients and I have a website with a secure area where they can gain access to their photos.

I like the idea of your site, it looks very easy to use.  I like the simplicity of it.

However, if I was doing any project where I was collaborating with other creatives, I'd tend to use Dropbox because everyone would be familiar with it.

Best of luck with your project :)
